Healogics is seeking an LPN to provide wound care under the supervision of an RN or Provider in Middleburg Heights, OH. You will support wound care, gather patient information, prepare equipment, and assist with case management as directed, while following CMS and hospital guidelines.
The ideal candidate holds an LPN license, a GED or high school diploma, and 2+ years of LPN/LVN experience (SNF/LTACH preferred). BLS, strong communication, and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced environment.
