Job Summary: We are seeking a Line Cook to join our busy restaurant. The ideal candidate will be experienced, creative, and dedicated to providing excellent meals and customer experiences. If you are passionate about culinary arts, we want to hear from you. Our restaurant has been in business for 17 years.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
• Prepare and present food appealingly
• Maintain inventory levels and restock as needed
• Follow all food safety regulations
• Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by the head chef or management

Qualifications:

• Previous experience preferred
• Server Safe or Food Handler’s Certification
• Advanced culinary knowledge and recipe skills
• Ability to stay calm and perform under pressure
• Excellent time management skills
• Physical ability to stand long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
