Team Member, Restaurant​/Food Service

Our Hourly Team Member role can encompass a range of different responsibilities depending on your interest:

• Food Runner: Deliver orders to guests in the dining room and ensure they have what they need; refill drinks and respond to guest requests after the food has been delivered; protect the establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies; other duties as requested by management.
• Busser: Prepare the dining room for guests by clearing tables and chairs; maintain table setting by removing plates as completed and being alert to guest spills or other special needs; maintain the dining room by cleaning chairs and tables, sweeping floors and removing trash, and cleaning up spills; protect the establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies; other duties as requested by management.
• Dishwasher: Ensure the availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware; prepare the dish area and kitchen for the next shift by cleaning and restocking; unload and store deliveries as needed; sweep and mop floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled; take out the trash and rinse garbage cans; protect the establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies;
  
  other duties as requested by manager.
• Prep Cook: Prepare foods for cooking based on prep lists and manager directions; prepare the food of consistent quality with recipe cards and production and portion standards; clean and sanitize the station at the beginning and end of shift which may include light dishwashing; protect the establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies; other duties as requested by management.
• Line Cook: Maintain food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and utensils; manage sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas; read food orders and/or receive verbal instructions required and prepare orders quickly and accurately; clean and restock station at the beginning and end of each shift, preps additional items as necessary; ensure prepared food meets quality and quantity requirements; protect the establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies;
