Job Summary: We are seeking a Sous Chef to join our busy restaurant team. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals using fresh ingredients, creating an excellent dining experience for our patrons. Ideal candidates are experienced, creative, and passionate about culinary excellence. We offer personal and family food discounts, and have been in business for 18 years.

Responsibilities:

• Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
• Prepare and present food appealingly
• Maintain inventory levels and restock as needed
• Follow all food safety regulations
• Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the head chef or management

Qualifications:

• Previous experience preferred
• Serv Safe or Food Handler’s Certification
• Advanced culinary knowledge and recipe skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
• Excellent time management skills
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
