ABOUTTHE ROLE
As a Service Sales Representative, you will nurture relationships with new and existing customers, identify service opportunities, and help clients improve comfort, efficiency, and reliability across their facilities. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, relationship-focused, and experienced in selling service agreements, maintenance programs, or mechanical/HVAC solutions. Your success directly contributes to our service growth and customer retention.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial/industrial clients.
- Identify service agreement opportunities and create customized service solutions.
- Generate proposals, present recommendations, and close new business.
- Partner with Service Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct site visits to understand equipment condition and client needs.
- Manage a pipeline of prospects and track activity and results.
- Maintain a high level of industry and technical knowledge to support customer discussions.
- Experience in service sales, HVAC/mechanical contracting, building systems, or a related technical industry.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into actionable service offerings.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with clear sales goals.
- Valid driver's license; ability to visit customer sites as needed.
