Surveillance Security Officer - Immediate Start

Garda World Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer to monitor security systems, spot threats, and respond quickly in a security operations center environment.

• Shift 1:
  Full time – Friday, 2nd shift 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.;
  Saturday through Monday, 3rd shift 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Shift 2:
  Full time – Wednesday through Sunday, 1st shift 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Shift 3:
  Full time – Saturday through Tuesday, 3rd shift 10 p.m. to 2 p.m.
• Shift 4:
  Full time – Saturday through Tuesday, 1st shift 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents with detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises.
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors.
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Sharp visual attention and exceptional concentration.
• Strong proficiency with technology.
• Previous experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is a plus.

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening to be conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
