Complete Care at Middlebury is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team in our small, high-performing, 5-star rated skilled nursing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong nurse leader who thrives in a close-knit environment and is passionate about delivering excellent resident care.

• Oversee all clinical operations and ensure the highest quality of care
• Lead, support, and develop nursing staff
• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness
• Collaborate with all departments to foster a positive, team-oriented culture
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and clinical excellence
• Maintain strong communication with residents, families, and staff

• Active RN license in CT
• 2–3 years of nursing leadership experience within a SNF/LTC setting (Assistant DON, Unit Manager, or DON experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to maintaining a high-quality, resident-centered care environment

• Work in a small, collaborative, 58-bed community
