Job Summary- Position:
Nursing Supervisor RN Registered Nurse - Location:
778 Middlebury Road, Middlebury, CT - Salary:
Competitive with benefits; weekend differential pay $1/hr - Schedule options: 7a‑3pm full‑time + weekend on‑call rotation; 11‑7 Monday‑Thursday; 7pm‑7am every weekend;
Per Diem all shifts
- Directly supervise nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring medication distribution, blood draws, and other patient care elements
- Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
- Provide education to staff, residents and families as needed
- Ensure staff perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned by assistant director of nursing, director of nursing or administrator
- Active RN license in Connecticut
- Knowledge of PCC
- Previous long‑term care experience required
