Employment Type: Full Time 1st Shift 37.5 hrs/week | Part Time 2nd Shift 30 hrs/week | Casual Positions Available | Every Other Weekend Required | Weekend Differential Pay.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medication to residents in accordance with their care plan.
• Perform treatments as assigned per physician’s orders, within scope of practice.
• Accurately report and record the resident’s condition and care including signs and symptoms indicative of change.
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Licensure Requirements:

• Must have an active LPN license for the state of Connecticut.
