The Creativity & Innovation Associate provides operational and technical support for the implementation of programs and outreach efforts to support innovation role involves communicating the hub's initiatives and success stories to internal and external audiences and performing administrative tasks for the Innovation Hub’s overall programs.
About the position This is a part-time, non‑benefit eligible position. Salary range: $21.27–$26.60 per hour.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of Innovation Hub programming, including logistics, recruitment, and evaluation.
- Provide administrative support to the Creativity & Innovation Associate Director and Hub Director.
- Supervise hub interns.
- Implement a variety of communication strategies to share stories of Hub programs and participants in written and digital formats.
- Coordinate Hub-wide initiatives and maintain systems using multiple technology platforms and strategies.
- Serve as an administrative liaison for the Hub's internal and external partnerships.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- A proactive self‑starter who defines processes and makes things happen in a largely unstructured setting.
- Highly motivated and goal‑oriented personality.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and marketing skills.
- Ability to work independently and flexibly; set priorities; solve problems quickly and creatively.
- Demonstrated ability to use a variety of digital platforms, excellent computer and software skills.
- Experience in creativity or innovation fields and understanding of cultural competency.
