Activities Programmer – Memory Care Neighborhood (MCN)

We’re looking for a compassionate Activities Programmer to join our Memory Care Neighborhood team in beautiful Middlebury, Vermont. Under the guidance of the Director of Activities, you’ll design and lead both group and one‑on‑one activities that support the emotional, cognitive, and social needs of our wonderful residents. All activities are supervised in accordance with Vermont State Code.

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience working with older adults or in healthcare preferred but not required.

Sunday–Thursday, late morning to mid‑evening.

• Experience in Long‑Term Care, Senior Living, or Dementia Care (preferred).
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Creativity and passion for activity‑based dementia care.
• Ability to identify residents’ needs and create therapeutic, person‑centered programs.
• Accurate documentation and computer proficiency.

Hours per week: 37.5. Pay rate: $20.90 - $31.06 per hour. Union position.
