The Laundry Technician is responsible for the operation of our in-house laundry facility and maintaining a clean, orderly and safe environment by following Federal Register Rules and Regulations, Porter Medical Center and HPRN Infection Control policies and procedures, and Environmental Services and Laundry Department policies and procedures to maintain high standards. He/she is expected to work collaboratively with co-workers and other department team members as required.

• Operate the in-house laundry facility
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment per regulations and policies
• Collaborate with co-workers and other department team members as required

• High school graduate or GED preferred
• Ability to read written procedures and apply them to daily work
• Ability to submit records of accomplished work
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and good public relations

Salary Range: $20.00 - $29.72/hr

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 (paid in two installments – 50% at 90 days and 50% at 1 year)

Shift Differentials: $2.00/hr – $6.00/hr
