Community Associates
, a program of the Counseling Service of Addison County, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you’ll work directly with adults with developmental disabilities, supporting them in job and community settings. You’ll help them gain independence, build communication and social skills, and foster connections that create a true sense of community.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Compassionate and patient
• Dependable and flexible
• A strong communicator with sound judgment
• A natural mentor (a big plus!)

This is a full-time, weekday, daytime position (Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours/week). Part-time positions would also be considered.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean background and driving record
• Personal vehicle with required insurance coverage

Pay: $20/hour
