- Gross Weekly Pay: $1,910/week
- W2 Rate: $18/hour
- Weekly Stipend: $1,190/week
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care in a long‑term care or nursing home setting under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician. This role supports patient safety, comfort, and continuity of care while adhering to clinical standards and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe and compassionate nursing care to residents in a LTC/Nursing Home environment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within scope of practice
- Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment
- Assist with activities of daily living and patient mobility as needed
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient medical records
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (state license required)
- Minimum of 2 years of recent LPN experience
- Prior Nursing Home or Long‑Term Care (LTC) experience required
- Current BLS certification
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist patients throughout the shift
- Ability to perform nursing duties in a fast‑paced clinical environment
