Up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Hourly Shift Differentials:
Eve $3, Night $5, Weekend $2 (in addition to applicable shift differentials)
- Provide nursing care in the Memory Care Unit for residents with dementia and cognitive impairment, focusing on dignity, purpose, and functional ability.
- Collaborate with a team to support activity-based care in a warm, safe environment.
- Assist with daily living activities, care planning, and clinical documentation as required by unit standards.
- Current RN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required.
- Appropriate experience in a clinical area; unit-specific requirements vary.
