* Job Description:

** The RN Nurse Manager is in charge of the Nursing Care of all residents on the units and the staff delegated by the Director of Nursing.
** Experience**:
* Two or more years of nursing experience in Long Term Care.
* One year of administrative or supervisory experience.
* Advance preparation in Unit Management and principles of supervision desirable.
* Experience in the field as a professional nurse with supervising skills utilized.
* Knowledge of and interest in field of geriatrics essential.

*** Graduate from and accredited school of nursing (RN program).
* Current license with Vermont State Board of Nursing.
