American Traveler is seeking a Labor & Delivery RN with LDRP experience and recent Epic charting experience for a night shift position requiring a VT or compact RN license.
Requirements- Active VT or compact RN license required
- AHA BLS and NRP certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of LDRP experience required
- Experience in Labor, Delivery, Post-Partum Care, and Newborn Care required
- Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years required
- Work in the Birthing Center unit of a hospital setting
- Provides care across Labor, Delivery, Post-Partum, and Newborn Care
- 12-hour night shift schedule, 36 hours per week
- Schedule runs Monday through Sunday with no block scheduling
- Minimum of every other weekend required or as adjusted to meet unit needs
- Floating required to Med Surg and ED units
- Holiday coverage required for 2 of the following 4:
Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Day - Prior travel experience preferred
- Bi-weekly orientation schedule
- Reliable personal or rental vehicle strongly recommended due to lack of public transportation in the area
- Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November through April
- Candidates must explain any employment gaps over 90 days
