The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to perform and complete various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress, issues, and solutions.
• Accurately complete planograms and resets promptly.
• Perform store measurements and cycle counts accurately.
• Complete the Tractor Way top cap process and hang signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service following GURA principles:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value, and Appreciate.
• Ensure customers have a distinctive shopping experience.
• Provide peak coverage during special events (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential regardless of education level.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

• Generally indoor environment with moderate noise.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours and vary by store.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle, often for extended periods.
• Maintain a safe work environment following safety guidelines.
• Work on hard surfaces with adequate lighting and temperature.

• Ability to travel as needed.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with proper equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
• Handle birds/poultry and complete training requirements.
• Operate equipment like forklifts (age restrictions apply).
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Drive vehicles and move merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain physical and mental stamina for a full shift.
