Snow Shoveler

Carpenter & Costin is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Snow Shovelers for the upcoming snow season from the end of November through March. This role is crucial in ensuring safe and clear walkways, parking lots, and roofs during winter weather. We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards and a positive work environment. • Shovel snow from parking lots, walkways, and roofs
• Maintain a safe and efficient job site
• Apply de-icer when instructed
• Adhere to Carpenter & Costin standards and quality
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Communicate effectively with team leaders
• Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations
• Work independently with minimal supervision

• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays when it snows
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and remain physically active for extended periods
• Ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions for extended periods
  
  Valid and insurable driver's license

$30 per hour-This position is when it snows or after a snow/ice event.
