Description
Are you passionate about the social, emotional, and mental well‑being of school children? Do you have the clinical skills, compassion, and drive to support kids and families in dynamic, high‑energy, and creative environments? If so, join CSAC as a School‑Based Clinician and work with children, teens, and their families in school settings.
School‑Based Clinicians provide trauma‑informed individual and group counseling, behavioral and emotional support, and case management. Currently, we have a full time position open at Middlebury Union Middle School, and half‑time positions at Middlebury, Salisbury and Bristol.
Preferred Qualifications- A Master's degree in a human service field and relevant counseling experience.
- BA‑level candidates with experience working with children will also be considered.

Compensation- Starting salary for non‑licensed clinicians: $45,392.00 (40 hours per week for 40 weeks)
- Starting salary for licensed clinicians: $48,128.00 (40 hours per week for 40 weeks)
