Legal Secretary - Residential Conveyancing

Reed in Teesside are currently representing a Middlesbrough based law firm who are looking for a full time, permanent Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their team.

Daily tasks include:

• Providing administrative support to the legal team
• Managing client communications
• Case management system is LEAP
• Organising and maintaining legal documents
• Scheduling meetings or appointments
• Additional responsibilities may include data entry, assisting with basic legal research, and coordinating day-to-day office operations to ensure the efficient functioning of the workplace.

The successful candidate will have:

• Have a minimum of 1 years’ experience within a conveyancing role
• Strong organisational skills, including time management and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and team members
