Location: Great Ayton
Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a fast-paced housing development in Yarm. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate the site team, and ensure safety and quality standards are met on a temporary basis with potential for longer-term work.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years on new build housing sites, valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS, and proven experience with UK house builders. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
