Site Construction Manager (Contract)18-Month ContractOutside IR35Competitive Day RateTeesside BasedImmediate Start AvailableWe are working with a leading provider of decentralised energy solutions to recruit an experienced Site Construction Manager on an 18-month contract (Outside IR35).This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the construction phase of major energy infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with the Project Manager, design engineers, subcontractors and suppliers, you'll be responsible for coordinating all on-site activities while maintaining exceptional Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) standards.

The role is predominantly site-based and will involve travel to project locations, along with occasional visits to suppliers for Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and pre-delivery inspections.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilisation through to project completion.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
• Ensure all works comply with CDM Regulations, SHEQ requirements and company procedures.
• Monitor programme progress and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.
