Junior Construction Lead

We are looking for a Junior Construction Lead, to join our dayshift team at our Port Clarence facility. This role is subject to pre-employment checks, including alcohol and drug screening and BPSS security clearance (as part of Wilton Engineerings onboarding process). Due to the nature of work scopes all applicants must be UK Nationals.

The successful applicant will be working on long term Prestigious Maritime projects.

Key Role Responsibilities

Supports the Construction Leads with key Construction/HSE/Quality processes and procedures. Working towards becoming an established Construction Lead through personal and professional development, internal /external training programs, with an emphasis of coaching and mentoring from the construction department.

Key Tasks

To work in accordance with WESL Health, Safety & Environment procedures, policies and standard working practices.

To work in accordance with WESL Quality procedures, policies and standard working practices.

Support the Construction Manager with a build review / philosophy.
