The Opportunity

Driver Project Services is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to strengthen our existing team and provide commercial support on a major infrastructure project within the Energy sector.

Based on Teesside, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, commercially minded Quantity Surveyor with a contractor background to take responsibility for the commercial management of project activities.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience across civil engineering, infrastructure and/or energy projects, together with a sound understanding of construction contracts, particularly NEC3 and NEC
4.

You will play an important role in ensuring effective commercial management, cost control and contractual compliance, working closely with project teams, clients and subcontractors to achieve successful project outcomes.
