Teacher Active are looking for a Teaching Assistant in Middlesbrough. We have an amazing opportunity to work within the local schools in the Middlesbrough area. We create amazing rapport with our schools and support all our staff with the on-boarding process! We are currently looking for a Teaching Assistant to deliver a day to day, short-term or long-term position in education. You will have the guaranteed opportunity to support pupils and help them thrive towards success. A successful Cover Supervisor will have:

SEND TA / SEND Teaching Assistant experience
Experience working within a Primary or Secondary Setting
A good understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection
Excellent classroom management
Level 2 or 3 qualified and/or a minimum of 6 months experience in an educational establishment

Experience of supporting young people on a 1:1 basis (desirable)
Behavioural Management experience (desirable)
