We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Lecturer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be delivering high-quality teaching to predominantly Level 3 and T Level learners, helping them develop the theoretical foundations they need to thrive in industry.

🔧 What You'll Be Teaching

You'll deliver mainly theory-based sessions in areas such as:

Engineering Mathematics

Engineering Science

Fluid Dynamics

Materials Science

And other core mechanical engineering principles

If you're coming straight from industry, we will fully fund your teaching qualifications and support your transition into education. What matters most is your passion for your subject and your desire to help learners succeed.

✔ What We're Looking For

A Level 4 qualification or higher in Mechanical Engineering (or a closely related discipline)

Relevant and up-to-date industry experience within mechanical engineering

A positive, proactive approach and the ability to engage and motivate learners
