• Inspire students by delivering engaging, pre-planned lessons across KS3-KS5
• Create an enthusiastic, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
• Confidently manage behaviour and build positive relationships with students
• Bring adaptability and energy to a range of subjects and school settings

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Previous experience within a secondary classroom
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• A flexible, proactive mindset—and the ability to teach across different subjects such as English and Maths
