Teacher Active is proud to be working with a specialist SEN provision in Middlesbrough that supports pupils with a range of additional needs. The setting provides a structured and supportive environment, focusing on inclusive education and promoting positive behaviour across the school.

The school is looking to take on a HLTA on a long-term basis, starting ASAP. The successful HLTA will be supporting pupils with SEN, delivering pre-planned lessons, leading small group interventions, and using strong behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment.

The successful HLTA will have:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent

• Experience working within an SEN setting

• Strong behaviour management skills

• Experience delivering lessons and leading small groups

• Excellent classroom management

• A proactive and adaptable approach
