Position: Senior Project BIS Engineer (North East )

Senior Project BIS Engineer (North East - Middlesbrough)

Overview

The work will be varied and every project a new and exciting opportunity to use and develop different skills, both at a technical level and at a softer project execution interpersonal level.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implementation of a wide range of systems to improve the performance of Life Science, Chemical and Manufacturing and processing companies.
  • Involvement in all project lifecycle activities, including fault-finding, preparation of design specifications and reports, software programming, project execution, testing, installation, and commissioning.
  • Providing technical support and consultancy to users internally and externally.
  • Assisting colleagues in ensuring the successful completion of projects on time, to budget and the relevant level of quality.
  • Maintaining and developing customer relationships in a highly professional manner.
    • Minimum Requirements
  • At least 7 years of Real Time computing and Management Information Systems experience.
  • Experience working in regulated industries such as Life Sciences, Chemical Manufacturing or Power and Energy is highly desirable.
  • Ability and willingness to adapt to new software systems.
  • Hardworking with a positive attitude to learning new skills.
  • Effective communication skills in both formal and informal settings, orally and in written English.
  • Driving Licence.
