Stockton-on-Tees Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

Permanent | 37.5 Hours per Week - flexible working policy, but preferably spending a significant amount of working time on-site.

With an increasingly diverse and complex operating model, the organisation is well positioned for future growth and is looking for a finance leader who can help support sustainable development while ensuring resources are used effectively to maximise impact.
The Opportunity Reporting to the Chief Executive and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Trustees, you will lead the Finance function and provide strategic financial insight to support decision-making across the organisation.

This is a broad and influential role encompassing:

Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
Management reporting and financial analysis
Scenario modelling and business planning
Financial governance, controls and risk management
Process improvement and systems development
Strategic business partnering with senior leaders
Leadership of an experienced and dedicated finance team

You will play a vital role in helping the organisation understand not just financial performance, but the opportunities, risks and decisions that will shape future success.
Lead and Develop an Experienced Team You will lead a capable and committed finance team, creating an environment that encourages collaboration, accountability and continuous development.

About You We are seeking an experienced finance professional with strong technical expertise, commercial awareness and excellent relationship-building skills.

You will bring:

Experience in a senior finance leadership role
Strong budgeting, forecasting and reporting expertise
Experience leading and developing teams
Excellent analytical and business partnering skills
The ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
A passion for continuous improvement and organisational development
