The Work-Life Balance

We value results over "desk time." Our flexible model is designed to fit around your life:

* Flexible Start Times:
Choose a start time that works for you between 07:30 to 18.00

* The Hybrid Model:

* During Probation: 3 days in-office / 2 days WFH.

* Post-Probation: 2 days in-office / 3 days WFH.

* Monthly Team Sync:
In the final week of the month, the team comes together in-office on Tuesday and Friday. The Friday is a compulsory office day—a great chance to catch up, celebrate the month's successes, and wrap up the week together.
