A fast-growing sports and consumer-focused business is looking to appoint an AI Systems Developer to support the next phase of its technology, automation and digital platform growth.

The business is currently developing multiple projects across AI systems, ecommerce, merchandise, automation platforms and sports technology, with a strong focus on building scalable systems that improve both internal operations and external customer experiences.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with founders and leadership teams to help design, build and improve customer-facing platforms, AI-powered workflows and operational systems. One of the core projects currently in development is a centralised sports platform combining ecommerce, reporting, subscriptions, dashboards, CRM functionality and digital operational tools into a single ecosystem.

The role would suit someone who enjoys building from the ground up, solving real-world problems and working across multiple fast-moving projects within an entrepreneurial environment.

• Build AI-powered workflows, automations and operational systems
• Support the development of customer portals, dashboards and SaaS platforms
• Integrate Shopify, CRM and third-party business systems
• Develop scalable internal tools and automated processes
• Work with APIs and external integrations across multiple platforms
• Support ecommerce and subscription-based platform development
• Improve operational efficiency through automation and systems design
• Collaborate with founders, stakeholders and external development partners
• Contribute to product planning, system improvements and technical strategy
• Support multiple ongoing digital and technology projects across the business

• Experience building AI systems, automations or workflow solutions
• Experience with tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n or similar automation platforms
• Understanding of APIs, integrations and connected systems
• Experience with SaaS products, portals or dashboard development
• Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking ability
• Comfortable working across multiple projects within a fast-paced environment
• Commercial awareness with the ability to balance technical and business priorities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• CRM integration or workflow development experience
• Full stack or platform development exposure
• Experience with in startup or high-growth businesses
• Interest or experience within sport, ecommerce or consumer-focused industries

• Salary up to £75,000
