Junior Protection Broker

Junior Protection Broker – (Life Insurance / CIC / ASU) We’re looking for a driven Protection Broker with 12 - 24 months experience who knows their way around Life Insurance, CIC and ASU, interested in joining a dynamic and fast paced financial services brokerage in the City of London. This is more than a standard protection role. You’ll have the opportunity to advise clients across both personal and commercial needs, helping individuals and business owners protect what matters most.

Responsibilities:
Advising on Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover and Income Protection Building long-term client relationships and identifying protection gaps Working closely with advisers and business owners on holistic planning Delivering tailored solutions for business clients, including:
Key Person Insurance Shareholder/Partnership Protection Business Loan Protection Relevant Life Cover Executive Income Protection Experience required:
Proven track record in protection insurance sales a must (ideally someone with 12 - 24 months experience that is looking to progress their career) Strong knowledge of personal protection products (Life, CIC, Income Protection/ASU) Understanding of business protection solutions beneficial (Key Person, Shareholder Protection, Business Loan Protection etc) Commercial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities Confident communicator who builds trust quickly Motivated, driven and a team player £30 – 40k Basic (Dependent on experience) plus uncapped monthly commission - genuine six figure OTE
