Family Solicitor – Locum 3+ PQE, North Yorkshire, £45 - £50 per hour, hybrid, on-going assignment. An opportunity for an experienced solicitor to support a highly regarded firm on a locum basis.

OVERVIEW:

• Seeking a full-time Locum Family Solicitor who is a Legal Aid Supervisor to join the team on locum basis

• The role will involve handling a Care / PLO caseload, alongside some Private Children matters

• The work will be predominantly Legal Aid, with a smaller proportion of privately funded private children cases

• The locum must be able to run their own caseload independently and undertake their own advocacy without supervision

• Office attendance is required 3-4 days per week, with flexibility to reduce to 2-3 days where there are no court commitments

• Flexible start date with an initial assignment of at least 3 months and potential for extension

• The role is supported by an experienced legal secretary
