The RoleMy client, an award winning and well established firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer/Executive to join its Middlesbrough office on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a busy and varied caseload of residential sale and purchase matters from instruction through to completion. You will handle both freehold and leasehold transactions with minimal supervision, taking responsibility for files from initial client instruction through to post-completion and archiving.
The role includes client advisory work, preparation of documentation, billing and ensuring compliance with internal procedures. There may also be delegated supervisory responsibilities where appropriate.The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a conveyancer with a minimum of two years' experience managing their own residential caseload. You will have strong technical knowledge of conveyancing transactions and be confident working independently while maintaining high levels of accuracy and client care.
The successful candidate will be commercially aware, motivated to develop and maintain local client relationships, and committed to delivering a first-class service throughout the transaction process. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.The Benefits
