My client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm with a strong presence across the North East, County Durham, and North Yorkshire. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team.

This opportunity is suitable for solicitors at any stage of their career who are looking to develop their expertise within a supportive and collaborative environment while working on a broad range of quality commercial property matters.

Key Responsibilities
 
Manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions.
Advise clients on sales and acquisitions of commercial premises.
Handle landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, and assignments.
Assist with property development, secured lending, and refinancing transactions.
Provide practical commercial property advice to a diverse client base.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering excellent service.

The Ideal Candidate
 
Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial property law.
Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial property matters.
Ability to manage files independently and prioritise a busy workload.
Excellent communication, organisational, and client care skills.
Commercially minded with a proactive and collaborative approach.
Experience in agricultural property matters would be advantageous but is not essential.
