Join us as our Client Services Manager and lead our Elstone team to deliver person centred housing related support and make it a Great Place To Work for our colleagues! It?s an exciting time to join us;
Elstone is a new service for Home Group offering support to 16 and 17 year old young people. The service will aim to support customers to learn the independent living skills needed to ensure a successful tenancy.
The service works in partnership with statutory and voluntary agencies to ensure service provision is effective, focused and responsive to individual needs. be a Safeguarding lead for the team, and oversee the health and safety checks and risk assessments are completed and recorded You?ll promote the service, ensuring that it?s visible and accessible to referring agencies and self-referring customers and promote our brand in the community You?ll ensure the quality of the service evidenced by KPIs and customer satisfaction surveys, and empowering customers and colleagues alike As an Ofsted registered service, a huge part of your role will be overseeing the quality of our support, ensuring that we are meeting the Ofsted regulations for supported housing.
You will be supported in this by a Senior Client Service Manager and a Registered Manager. You have Great people skills, ability to communicate and understand where people are in their life The confidence to challenge behaviours that are not aligned to our values, and the ability to advocate for your customers Ideally, you?ll have experience of leading a team, and have the knack for empowering and developing others
Experience of delivering support in a housing or care environment To get from A to B, you?ll need a vehicle insured for business purposes. The great news is that we?ll pay your mileage! The practical bits You?ll work Monday to Friday 9-5, This is a hybrid role, and you?ll spend some time in the office and occasionally some time working majority of your time will be spent in service.
