What you'll do:
- Lead, provide direction and day to day management to a multi-disciplinary FM and project delivery team to the highest standards meeting client and contractual requirements and expectations.
- Implement Robertson's integrated policies on Quality, SHEQ in conjunction with support teams and the client's requirements.
- P&L accountability for the contract, aligned to budgets, business objectives and contract requirements.
- Own, manage, and develop all risk including mitigation and opportunity in line with Robertson processes and procedures inclusive of operational jeopardy management.
- Management and oversight of relevant CAPEX, OPEX and life cycle budgets and plans in line with commercial and operational requirements.
- Ensure defined H&S responsibilities and accountability are established and regular reviews are undertaken
- Champion a continuous improvement programme and identify issues to drive forward contract development, including but not limited to; innovation, best practice and in line with Robertson processes.
- Encourage, coach, support and manage the effective performance of people and develop them to meet personal and contract requirements.
What you'll need:
- Demonstrable experience managing multi-disciplined FM teams and contracts, preferably within public sector
- Financial and commercial qualifications would be beneficial, alternatively demonstrable skills and experience in managing complex budgets and commercial/legal matters.
- Ability to work on own initiative in a structured logical approach.
- A recognised health and safety qualification e.g. IOSH
- Strong people leader with the ability to involve and engage others.
- Able to demonstrate proficiency in the use of CAFM systems.
- A full driving licence and a willingness to travel are essential to the post.
