Job Description:

We are recruiting a RSA Operator (Siemens S7 Controls) to support reliable and safe operation of automated plant equipment at the Van Leeuwen Middlesbrough location. The RSA Operator (Siemens S7 Controls) will be responsible for monitoring, controlling, and responding to system alerts using Siemens S7 PLC and associated automation interfaces. This position involves working within established procedures to ensure production continuity, equipment availability, and safety compliance.

As an RSA Operator (Siemens S7 Controls), you will work closely with maintenance and engineering teams to support day-to-day operations and effectively escalate potential issues. The role requires a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a practical understanding of industrial control systems.

Skills & Experience:

We are ideally looking for the following in an RSA Operator (Siemens S7 Controls):

* Experience operating industrial plant machinery and automation systems

* Practical familiarity with Siemens S7 PLC programming / controls for operator interfaces

* Ability to monitor control systems, interpret alarms, and take appropriate action

* Good understanding of safety protocols within automated environments

* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical teams

* Previous experience in a process, manufacturing, or industrial environment

* Basic troubleshooting ability and escalation to support teams where necessary
