  • Work closely with the workshop team to improve machining methods and processes
  • Support knowledge sharing and contribute to the development of colleagues
  • Take part in continuous improvement of workshop capability and standards
  • Stay up to date with machining techniques, tooling, and manufacturing technologies
  • Work safely and independently while maintaining high attention to detail
What You'll Need
  • Experience in CNC machining (programming and/or operating)
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Experience working to quality standards and tight tolerances
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
  • A practical, hands‑on engineering mindset
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn new skills, machines and technologies
  • Ability to manage your own workload and work independently when required
Desirable Experience
  • Haas CNC Mills (VF5, TM3, UMC 500, VF2, Mini Mill)
  • Haas CNC Lathe (TL1)

  • Doosan Turning Centre (Lynx 220LM)
  • DMG CLX 450
  • ONE CNC programming software
  • Quality inspection and ISO 9001 environments
  • Calibration and use of measuring equipment

  • Company profit share scheme
  • 5% employer pension (no upper earnings cap)
  • Aviva Healthcare
  • Travel opportunities in various roles
  • Enhanced maternity pay (long service applicable)

  • CPD support and annual subscription to appropriate professional bodies
  • Free in-house gym, squash courts, bouldering wall, and a wide range of clubs
