Shift: Monday to Friday, 06:4514:45 Pay: £14.63 per hour About the role Were looking for a Mill Machine Operator to join our food production team in Northampton. Youll operate blenders and mill plant equipment to grind and mix ingredients to exact specifications in a fast-paced, safety-first environment. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity , offering the chance to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.

Key responsibilities Operate and monitor blenders, mills, and related plant equipment Load raw materials and manage batch processes according to production schedules Carry out basic quality checks and complete production documentation Perform routine cleaning and basic troubleshooting of machinery Follow all health & safety, hygiene, and food safety procedures (HACCP) What were looking for Experience operating machinery in a factory or production environment (food manufacturing preferred) Very good written and spoken English for reading instructions, completing logs, and communicating with the team Computer literate (comfortable using production systems and basic software) Able to meet the physical demands of the role, including regular heavy lifting Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work to targets and deadlines Benefits Competitive hourly rate (£14.63/h) Stable Monday Friday early shift (06:4514:45) Opportunity to work for a well-established food production manufacturer Apply Today If you're interested in this
