Job Description CRM Marketing Manager (Ecommerce) Marlow £40,000-£45,000 Pro Rata  Part-Time Initially  1 Day per Week in Marlow  Remaining Hours Remote  Progression to Full-Time  Flexible Hours  Staff Discount Are you a CRM Manager, Email Marketing Manager or Lifecycle Marketing Manager with strong Klaviyo experience, looking to take ownership of CRM strategy for a rapidly growing ecommerce brand? On offer is the opportunity to join a fast-growing motorcycle and lifestyle clothing brand at an important stage of its development.

You'll initially join on a part-time basis, with the intention for the position to develop into a full-time role within approximately three months as the CRM and loyalty function grows. In this role, you'll take ownership of CRM strategy rather than simply executing an existing campaign calendar. You'll assess the current customer journey, identify opportunities to improve retention and repeat purchasing, and develop a more sophisticated approach across email, SMS, Whats App, segmentation, automation and loyalty.

You'll work directly with the founders and wider ecommerce team, bringing new ideas to the business and using customer and campaign data to determine where CRM can have the greatest commercial impact. You'll develop automated lifecycle journeys, improve segmentation, optimise existing campaigns and identify new channels and initiatives that can increase engagement, customer lifetime value and revenue. This role would suit an experienced ecommerce CRM professional who combines hands-on Klaviyo knowledge with the strategic ability to develop an immature CRM function.

You'll be comfortable challenging existing approaches, introducing new ideas and ultimately taking greater ownership as the position develops into a full-time role.

The Role Own CRM and customer retention strategy. Build and optimise email, SMS and Whats App journeys in Klaviyo. Develop segmentation, automation and loyalty initiatives. Analyse performance and introduce new ideas to drive retention and revenue. Initially part-time, with scope to progress to full-time.

The Person Strong CRM / lifecycle marketing experience. Hands-on Klaviyo experience. Ecommerce / D2C background. Strategic, commercial and confident bringing new ideas.
