Are you experienced in supporting energy recovery projects and looking for a night shift role that challenges your expertise? Do you thrive in fast-paced, high-hazard environments with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance?

We are seeking a proactive Health and Safety Advisor to join a major principal contractor on a short-term contract at an energy recovery facility based in Teesside. This vital role will involve supporting a key client project, ensuring compliance, safe operations, and incident prevention during night shifts.

The successful candidate will:

Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and permit to work checks on site.
Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
Promote a positive safety culture across the project site.
Collaborate closely with operational teams and contractors to uphold safety standards.
Assist in safety documentation and reporting aligned with project requirements.

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within high-hazard or industrial environments.
Previous experience supporting energy or large-scale infrastructure projects.
Ability to work night shifts and engage effectively with operational teams.
