We are currently recruiting for an established international sales organisation expanding across locations including Cyprus, Malta, and several other exciting destinations. About the Position

Working as part of a high-performing sales team, you will manage inbound and pre-qualified opportunities from initial conversation through to close. This is not a cold-calling role — the focus is on building strong conversations, identifying client needs, and converting opportunities into revenue.

You will work across a range of sectors including technology, travel, and professional services, giving you valuable exposure to multiple industries and sales environments.

Responsibilities include:

* Managing the complete sales process from start to finish

* Speaking directly with qualified decision-makers

* Building strong client relationships and handling objections confidently

* Achieving and exceeding monthly performance targets

* Maintaining a consistent pipeline of active opportunities

Candidate Profile

We are interested in individuals who are commercially minded, ambitious, and motivated by financial success.

Ideal candidates will have:

* 6–24 months’ experience within sales, retail, customer service, or another target-driven environment

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Confidence speaking over the phone and handling sales conversations

* A competitive mindset and desire to maximise earnings

* Willingness to relocate internationally
