We are currently recruiting for a Security Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone seeking part-time evening work, fit around other commitments, or gain experience within a security and support environment.

As a Security Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, calm, and supportive environment for residents, including engaging professionally with vulnerable individuals. This is a people-focused position requiring patience, awareness, and strong interpersonal skills.

• Providing a professional concierge presence on site
• Monitoring access and ensuring site safety
• Supporting and interacting appropriately with site visitors
• Managing incidents calmly and professionally
• Maintaining accurate records and handovers
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times

• Strong communication and people skills
• Calm, patient, and professional approach
• Ability to work independently during evening shifts
• Reliable and punctual with good attention to detail
• Experience in concierge, security, housing, or support roles (desirable but not essential)
