About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and organised Transport Coordinator (Bulk) to support the day-to-day running of our transport operations.
Working closely with the Cluster Transport Manager, you will help ensure transport activities are safe, compliant, efficient and customer-focused. Youll act as a key link between drivers, management and wider stakeholders, helping to identify issues, improve performance and maintain high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Cluster Transport Manager with the day-to-day management of transport operations.
- Support driver resourcing and the weekly driver request process.
- Manage daily driver debriefs, addressing performance, compliance and safety issues.
- Monitor driver hours, licences and training to ensure legal and company compliance.
- Coordinate vehicle inspections, servicing and MOTs, arranging replacements where required.
- Maintain accurate transport and administrative systems, including TMS, tachograph, fuel, training and SAPHR systems.
