We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by a BCBA clinician.
• Work one-on-one with children to support therapeutic goals.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to monitor progress and adjust activities as needed.

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred)
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods
