Duties

• Care for a census of 5-6 patients.
• Assist in ADL activities such as personal hygiene, grooming, mouth, skin care, and nails.
• Assist in toileting, positioning, and transfer activities; frequent turning and positioning of a bed bound resident/patient.
• Assist with prescribed exercise and ROM activities taught by the Hospice Nurse.
• Assist with light housekeeping of the individual's personal unit or room, including changing of bed linen and patient’s laundry.
• Feed and assist with meals.
• Report any changes in resident's/patient's condition to the Nurse.

About You

• Must have a NJ State CHHA or CNA license.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable mode of transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
