Ferns Surfacing Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Reinstatement Supervisor to join our friendly team, working on our Water contract, based at our office in Heathrow.

Ferns Group are a family run business with over 25 years’ experience as an established Utilities and Reinstatement company, specialising in Telecoms Civils and tailored reinstatement services.

Middlesex

Full time, Permanent

• Allocate jobs to maximise production and monitor quality of work in progress.
• Maintain a good working relationship and close liaison with our client and members of the public.
• Complete defect and interim works.
• Address health, safety and environment issues.
• Manage company vehicles, plant and equipment.
• Deal with customer care issues promptly.
• Complete joint site measures with the client.
• Monitor driving performance and vehicle checks.
• Ensure high standard of quality of work is maintained from the reinstatement teams.
• Conduct site audits.
• Order materials for reinstatement teams.

• Proven experience and knowledge of reinstatement and managing teams.
• Good communication skills.
• Familiar with works management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Nationally recognised safety qualification for the construction industry e.g., SMSTS, IOSH (preferred).
• NRSWA Supervisor Qualification (Essential).
• Full UK driving licence (Essential).

Monday to Friday between the hours of 6am and 4pm plus weekend overtime.
